PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI REKAM MEDIS BERBASIS WEB DI PUSKESMAS KECAMATAN AIR HITAM KABUPATEN SAROLANGUN PROVINSI JAMBI

Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis berbasis web di Puskesmas Kecamatan Air Hitam guna membantu proses pencatatan rekam medis, penyimpanan rekam medis, pencarian, dan pengelolaan data pasien secara lebih efisien melalui fitur manajemen data pasien, manajemen antrian, dan rekam medis. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini mencakup wawancara kepada pihak-pihak terkait, studi literatur dari referensi yang mendukung, dan observasi langsung di Puskesmas. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan pada sistem ini ialah metode Waterfall dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modelling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan kebutuhan sistem, untuk memastikan semua fungsi dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dan metode User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempermudah dan meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Air Hitam.

The purpose of this study is to design a web-based medical record information system at the Air Hitam District Health Center to help the process of recording medical records, storing medical records, searching, and managing patient data more efficiently through patient data management features, queue management, and medical records. The methods applied in this study include interviews with related parties, literature studies from supporting references, and direct observation at the Health Center. The development method used in this system is the Waterfall method with system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach to describe system requirements, to ensure that all functions can function properly, system testing is carried out using the Black Box Testing method and the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method. The results of the study indicate that the system is able to facilitate and improve the efficiency of health services at the Air Hitam District Health Center.
