INNOVATION CAPABILITY AND LEARNING CAPABILITY TO INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE : STAKEHOLDER PRESSURE AS MODERATION

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara innovation capability dan learning capability terhadap individual performance yang dimoderasi oleh stakeholder pressure. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah para owner industry retail kulit sapi di sidoarjo yang berjumlah 43 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online dengan Google Form. Proses analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa innovation capability berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap individual performance, learning capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap individual performance, stakeholder pressure berpengaruh positif danĀ signifikan terhadap individual performance, innovation capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap individual performance dan diperkuat oleh stakeholder pressure, learning capability berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap individual performance dan diperkuat oleh stakeholder pressure.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between innovation capability and learning capability on individual performance moderated by stakeholder pressure. The research conducted using quantitative methods with the sample used was the owners of the cowhide retail industry in Sidoarjo, totaling 43 respondents. Data collection is done using an online questionnaire with Google Form. This analysis process was carried out using the Smart PLS 4.0 application. The results of this study are that innovation capability has a negative and significant effect on individual performance, learning capability has a positive and significant effect on individual performance, stakeholder pressure has a positive and significant effect on individual performance, innovation capability has a positive and significant effect on individual performance and is strengthened by stakeholder pressure, learning capability has a negative and significant effect on individual performance and is strengthened by stakeholder pressure.
