Di era globalisasi ini, pelaku bisnis harus siap beradaptasi dan memperkuat diri agar dapat bersaing di masa depan. Karyawan berperan aktif dan dominan dalam setiap kegiatan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan kerja karyawan dan dampaknya terhadap produktivitas di konveksi Taff Sportware. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas kerja konveksi Taff Sportware telah mencapai target yang diinginkan perusahaan, namun perusahaan harus terus memperhatikan sistem kerja dan karakter masing-masing karyawan.
In this era of globalization, business people must be ready to adapt and strengthen themselves so they can compete in the future. Employees play an active and dominant role in every organizational activity. This research aims to analyze employee work skills and their impact on productivity at the Taff Sportware convection. This type of research is qualitative. The research results show that the work productivity of Taff Sportware convection has achieved the company's desired target, however the company must continue to pay attention to the work system and character of each employee.
