Abstrak

This research aims to determine the influence of work experience, personal characteristics and work facilities on employee loyalty at PT. Ody Lestari Advertising. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative research. The data sources used in this research used secondary and primary data sources. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires, observations and interviews. The testing techniques used in this research use descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the hypothesis test obtained, the work experience variable (X1) and work facilities (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, while the personal characteristics variable (X2) does not have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Ody Lestari Advertising. The results obtained based on simultaneous tests show that together work experience, personal characteristics and work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Ody Lestari Advertising.
