Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of self-efficacy on teacher performance, analyze the influence of self-efficacy on work communication, analyze the influence of self-efficacy on teacher performance with work communication as an intervening variable, analyze the influence of work experience on performance, analyze the influence of work experience on work communication , analyzing the effect of work communication on teacher performance, and analyzing the effect of work experience on teacher performance with work communication as an intervening variable for elementary school teachers in Kedaleman Village, Cibeber District, Cilegon City. This research method is a survey with an associative type. The population used in this research were state elementary school teachers in Kedaleman Village, Cibeber District, Cilegon City, namely 86 people. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using a saturated sampling method or the entire population, namely 86 people. Data analysis techniques using. regression test, path analysis, and T statistical test. Research data was obtained from answers to questionnaires distributed to elementary school teachers in Kedaleman Village, Cibeber District, Cilegon City. The research results were obtained from the results of hypothesis testing that self-efficacy has a direct and significant effect on teacher performance. Then work experience has a direct and significant effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, work communication does not have a significant effect on teacher performance. Self-efficacy has a significant influence on work communication, and work experience has no significant influence on work communication. The conclusion of this research is that self-efficacy has an indirect and insignificant effect on teacher performance, and work experience has an insignificant indirect effect on teacher performance at elementary schools in Kedaleman Village, Cibeber District, Cilegon City.
