Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformasional leadership terhadap adaptasi digital pada UMKM di Indonesia melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Transformasional leadership terdiri dari elemen-elemen seperti idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, dan individualized consideration, yang semuanya berperan penting dalam mendorong penggunaan teknologi, digitalisasi proses bisnis, dan pengembangan kompetensi digital karyawan. Hasil SLR menunjukkan bahwa transformasional leadership secara signifikan meningkatkan adopsi teknologi di UMKM, membantu mengatasi hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pemahaman teknologi, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Pemimpin yang efektif dalam menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dapat membangun visi digital yang kuat, mendorong inovasi, memberikan dukungan personal, dan membangun budaya organisasi yang mendukung adaptasi digital. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi para pemimpin UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi digital.
This research aims to analyze the impact of transformational leadership on digital adaptation in SMEs in Indonesia through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Transformational leadership comprises elements such as idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, all of which play crucial roles in promoting technology use, digitizing business processes, and developing employees' digital competencies. The SLR results indicate that transformational leadership significantly enhances technology adoption in SMEs, helping to overcome barriers such as resource limitations, lack of technological understanding, and resistance to change. Leaders who effectively implement transformational leadership can build a strong digital vision, foster innovation, provide personal support, and cultivate an organizational culture that supports digital adaptation. This study provides valuable insights for SME leaders in addressing the challenges of digitalization and leveraging the opportunities offered by digital technology.
