PENERAPAN METODE AGILE PADA RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INVENTORY DI PT. DAELIM INDONESIA BERBASIS PHP DAN MYSQL

Abstrak

Pemrosesan data di pusat penyimpanan PT. DAELIM INDONESIA berperan penting dalam proses pengiriman dan penerimaan barang. Dalam pelaksanaannya, operasi ini masih menggunakan metode manual. Bagian operator harus mengisi form dan kartu stok yang telah disediakan oleh perusahaan. Di sisi lain, bagian admin masih menggunakan format Microsoft Excel untuk menginput data tanpa menggunakan basis data. Penelitian ini mengembangkan suatu sistem untuk mempermudah proses penerimaan barang, meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi permintaan barang oleh departemen produksi, serta mengurangi penggunaan kertas permintaan dan memudahkan pengawasan stok barang di gudang. Sebuah penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem informasi inventaris yang berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Dari temuan penelitian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa sistem ini memudahkan untuk melihat dan mencetak informasi stok barang. Hal ini menjadi kontrol yang efektif dalam departemen gudang. Proses penerimaan dan permintaan barang dapat langsung dilakukan dengan efisiensi dan efektivitas, tanpa perlu melalui proses pelayanan terlebih dahulu sebelum memasukkan data. Sistem yang terintegrasi berbasis Client Server telah memungkinkan pengendalian yang efektif terhadap ketersediaan barang dan mempermudah proses permintaan barang oleh departemen produksi. Selain itu, laporan dapat disajikan dengan mudah berdasarkan periode waktu tertentu melalui kemampuan pencetakan yang disediakan.

Research has been carried out to develop a web-based inventory information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. From the research findings, it can be concluded that this system makes it easier to view and print stock information. This becomes effective control in the warehouse department. The process of receiving and requesting goods can be carried out directly with efficiency and effectiveness, without the need to go through a service process first before entering data. An integrated system based on Client Server has enabled effective control of goods availability and simplified the process of requesting goods by the production department. Additionally, reports can be easily presented based on specific time periods through the provided printing capabilities.
