Pengaruh Bimbingan Kelompok Dengan Teknik Johari Window Terhadap Keterbukaan Diri Siswa Etnis Melayu

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence group guidance using the Johari window technique has on the self-disclosure of ethnic Malay students. This research uses an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design model. The subjects in this research were 8 students. The data collection method in this research uses the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon and Spearman Rank tests. The results of the research show that there are differences in the level of self-disclosure of students after being given group guidance services using the Johari window technique. This is proven by the results of the Wilcoxon test, namely Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.012. Based on determination calculations, it is stated that the contribution of group guidance using the Johari window technique to increasing students' self-disclosure is 69.5%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik johari window terhadap keterbukaan diri siswa Etnis Melayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan model one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang berjumlah 8 orang. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuisioner. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistic deskriptif dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat keterbukaan diri siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik johari window. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji Wilcoxon yaitu Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,012. Berdasarkan perhitungan determinasi menyatakan bahwa besarnya kontribusi bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik johari window untuk meningkatkan keterbukaan diri siswa sebesar 69,5%.
