IMPLEMENTASI QR CODE UNTUK MONITORING AKSES WARGA PADA PERUMAHAN PERMATA HARJOSARI RESIDENCE MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING

Abstrak

Sistem keamanan pada Perumahan Permata Harjosari Residence masih bersifat pencatatan, di mana proses pencatatan akses keluar-masuk warga dan tamu dilakukan secara tertulis dalam buku oleh petugas keamanan. Sistem ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala, terutama dalam proses pencarian data histori, karena informasi yang dicatat terbatas hanya pada nama dan alamat tujuan, tanpa mencatat waktu akses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem monitoring akses berbasis QR Code dengan pendekatan Design Thinking guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengawasan keluar-masuk perumahan. Pendekatan Design Thinking yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test, yang berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan pengguna dan perancangan solusi yang tepat. Sistem yang dibangun berupa website yang memungkinkan petugas keamanan melakukan pemindaian QR Code milik warga atau tamu, sementara admin dapat memantau histori log akses dan mengelola data warga serta petugas. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat mencatat waktu akses secara otomatis dan akurat, sehingga mempermudah proses monitoring, mempercepat verifikasi, serta meningkatkan keamanan lingkungan perumahan. Dengan sistem digital ini, pengelolaan data menjadi lebih efisien, transparan, dan mudah diakses.

The security system at Permata Harjosari Residence is still based on recording, where the process of recording residents and guests' entry and exit is done in writing in a book by security officers. This system presents various obstacles, especially in the process of searching for historical data, because the recorded information is limited to the name and destination address, without recording the access time. This study aims to design and implement a QR Code-based access monitoring system with a Design Thinking approach to improve efficiency and accuracy in monitoring entry and exit of the housing complex. The Design Thinking approach used in this study consists of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, which focus on a deep understanding of user needs and designing appropriate solutions. The system built is a website that allows security officers to scan QR Codes belonging to residents or guests, while the admin can monitor access log history and manage resident and officer data. The implementation results show that this system can record access times automatically and accurately, thereby simplifying the monitoring process, speeding up verification, and improving the security of the housing complex. With this digital system, data management becomes more efficient, transparent, and easily accessible.
