FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN GASTRITIS DI PUSKESMAS UJOH BILANG KABUPATEN MAHAKAM ULU TAHUN 2023

Abstrak

Latar Belakang: Gastritis merupakan peradangan (pembengkakan) yang disebabkan oleh faktor iritasi dan infeksi. Bahaya kejadian gastritis jika dibiarkan terus akan merusak fungsi lambung hingga menyebabkan kematian. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Puskesmas Ujoh Bilang Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu pada Tahun 2022 terdapat 359 kasus dari catatan buku kunjungan pasien yang didapatkan dari Puskesmas Ujoh Bilang Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu Tahun 2023. Tujuan: untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel yang terkait dengan kejadian gastritis di Puskesmas Ujoh Bilang Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu. Metode Penelitian: Dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Ujoh Bilang Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu Tahun 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang datang berobat di Puskesmas Ujoh Bilang dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 4.324 orang, berdasarkan perhitungan rumus slovin sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh ada hubungan frekuensi makan (p value :0,016 < α : 0,1 ) dan konsumsi kopi (p value : 0,007 < α : 0,1), namun tidak ada hubungan stress (p value : 0,498 > α 0,1), dan konsumsi rokok (p value : 0,328 > α 0,1) dengan kejadian Gastritis di Puskesmas Ujoh Bilang Kabupaten Mahakam Ulu Tahun 2023. Kesimpulan: Disarankan kepada masyarakat agar dapat memperhatikan dan mengendalikan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan Gastritis seperti frekuensi makan dan konsumsi kopi agar dapat mencegah kejadian gastritis sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup menjadi lebih baik.

Objectives: The purpose of this study to determine the factors associated with the incidence of gastritis in Ujoh Bilang District Health Center Mahakam Ulu. Research Metodes: The type of research used in this research is a quantitative method using designcross sectional. This research was conducted at the Ujoh Bilang Health Center, Mahakam Ulu Regency in 2023. The population in this study were patients who came for treatment at the Ujoh Bilang Health Center with a population of 4,324 people, based on the Slovin formula calculation, a sample of 98 respondents. Data analysis using testschi-square. Results: The research results obtained showed that there was a relationship between eating frequency (p value :0,016 < α : 0,1 ) and coffee consumption (p value : 0,007 < α : 0,1), but there is no stress relationship (p value : 0,498 > α 0,1), and cigarette consumption (p value : 0.328 > α 0.1) with the incidence of Gastritis at the Ujoh Bilang Community Health Center, Mahakam Ulu Regency in 2023. Conclusion: It is recommended that the public pay attention to and control factors related to Gastritis such as frequency of eating and coffee consumption in order to prevent the incidence of gastritis so that it can increase quality of life becomes better.
