IMPLEMENTASI DAN INOVASI KEPERAWATAN BUKU SAKU CODE STROKE DALAM PENANGANAN PASIEN STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DI IGD RSUD MARDI WALUYO BLITAR

Abstrak

Stroke merupakan kondisi gawat darurat yang perlu ditangani secepatnya, karena sel otak dapat mati hanya dalam hitungan menit. Golden period untuk penanganan pasien stroke adalah 3-4,5 jam setelah serangan. Meskipun periode emas penderita stroke sekitar 4,5 jam sebaiknya pasien segera datang maksimal 2 jam setelah serangan berlangsung. Hal ini lantaran serangan stroke yang terjadi selama 1 menit membuat 32 ribu sel otak mati. Maka dalam waktu sekitar 1 jam, 120 juta sel mati. Semakin lama penanganan pada penderita stroke, maka dampak yang ditimbulkan akan lebih kompleks. Waktu menjadi indikator paling penting bagi penderita stroke (kemenkes, 2023). Sistem yang di gunakan untuk stroke akut adalah code stroke, dimana code stroke ini sudah dilakukan di beberapa rumah sakit baik dalam dan luar negeri (Jasne, A. S., 2020). Layanan code stroke bisa menyelamatkan nyawa dan mencegah kelumpuhan jika ditangani kurang dari 4,5 jam (Code Stroke, Metode Menyelamatkan Nyawa Dan Mencegah Kelumpuhan, 2024). Tujuan kegiatan ini secara umum adalah untuk penerapan system code stroke pada pasien stroke non hemorargik di RSUD Mardi Waluyo Blitar. Metode Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan Sosialisasi dan kegiatan webinar zoom tentang penanganan pasien stroke non hemmoragik dengan code stroke di IGD RSUD Mardi Waluyo Blitar. Belum adanya sistem code stroke di RSUD Mardi Waluyo Blitar ini di pengaruhi banyak faktor diantaranya adalah sarana dan prasarana serta SDM untuk TIM code stroke. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini kita bermaksud memberikan masukan berupa SPO dan buku saku code stroke untuk panduan para teman-teman perawat khususnya perawat IGD RSUD Mardi Waluyo Blitar dan Alur dari code stroke.

Stroke is an emergency condition that needs to be treated as soon as possible, because brain cells can die in just a matter of minutes. The golden period for handling stroke patients is 3-4.5 hours after the attack. Although the golden period for stroke sufferers is about 4.5 hours, patients should come immediately a maximum of 2 hours after the attack takes place. This is because a stroke that occurs for 1 minute makes 32 thousand brain cells die. So in about 1 hour, 120 million cells die. The longer the treatment for stroke patients, the more complex the impact will be. Time is the most important indicator for stroke sufferers (Ministry of Health, 2023). The system used for acute stroke is the stroke code, where this stroke code has been carried out in several hospitals both domestically and abroad (Jasne, A. S., 2020). Code stroke services can save lives and prevent paralysis if treated for less than 4.5 hours (Code Stroke, a method of saving lives and preventing paralysis,  2024). The purpose of this activity in general is to implement the stroke system code in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients at Mardi Waluyo Blitar Hospital. The approach method used in this community service program is to provide socialization and zoom webinar activities on the treatment of non-hemmological stroke patients with stroke codes at the emergency room of Mardi Waluyo Blitar Hospital. The lack of a stroke code system at Mardi Waluyo Blitar Hospital is influenced by many factors, including facilities and infrastructure as well as human resources for the stroke code TEAM. In this community service activity, we intend to provide input in the form of SPO and stroke code pocket book for the guidance of nurses, especially emergency room nurses at Mardi Waluyo Blitar Hospital and Alur from stroke codes.
