Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Makassar.is a leading and integrated public company for sugarcanebased consumer products. PTP. Nusantara XIV Bone produces sugar cane into granulated sugar products. Products produced by PTP. Nusantara XIV is on a large scale, so it requires a large warehouse, and good warehousing management is needed to manage these goods. So far, the company only uses a standard warehouse system or manual warehouse system by involving many employees and will involve a lot of company expenses, and when the warehouse system is still implementing a manual system it takes a very long time to collect or input data both warehouse data, ordering and delivery of goods and One of the things that often happens in warehouse systems that have not implemented WMS, namely experiencing data errors is information about stock and inventory owned by the business. Inaccurate stock and inventory will make PT can lose stock at any time, therefore this study applies a simulation of the implementation of warehouse management. It is known that the sig value for the effect of Prior to the implementation of WMS on Warehouse Performance is 0.900 >0.05 and the t value of 0.130 < 2.365 so that it can be concluded that H1 is rejected, which means that there is no effect of Prior to the Implementation of WMS on Warehouse Performance. It is known that the sig value for the effect of After WMS Implementation on Warehouse Performance is 0.008 < 0.05 and the value of t. Based on the output above, it is known that the significance value for the effect before the application of WMS and after the simultaneous application of the warehouse performance is 0.03 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 14,327 > 4.46 so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means the effect before the application of WMS and after the application of WMS simultaneously on the Warehouse performance.
