Abstrak

Bullying is repeated negative behavior with the aim of physically and mentally hurting students, especially students in the school environment. The impacts include mental and physical health problems for victims, as well as decreased academic achievement. Family communication plays an important role in preventing bullying behavior, with a focus on empathy and good relationships between family members. Parents have a key role in responding to bullying, including motivating, collaborating with schools, and teaching their children the correct knowledge about bullying. The importance of attention from various parties, especially adults, in monitoring and controlling bullying behavior for the preventive stage. The family environment is the main factor in anticipating and overcoming bullying behavior, as well as providing support to victims to prevent more serious mental disorders.
