ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE SCRIPT BERBANTUAN APLIKASI DORA (DONGENG NUSANTARA) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA PESERTA DIDIK SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran Cooperative Script berbantuan aplikasi DORA (Dongeng Nusantara) terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas III SDN 042 Gambir. Keterampilan berbicara merupakan aspek penting dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, namun hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa banyak peserta didik belum mencapai ketuntasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain kelompok kontrol tidak acak, di mana kelas IIIA menggunakan model Cooperative Script dengan aplikasi DORA dan kelas IIIB menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Data diperoleh melalui tes keterampilan berbicara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan serta observasi selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan berbicara siswa yang menggunakan model Cooperative Script berbantuan aplikasi DORA dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Aplikasi DORA terbukti membantu meningkatkan motivasi dan minat siswa dalam belajar, sehingga berpengaruh positif terhadap keterampilan berbicara mereka. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan model Cooperative Script berbantuan aplikasi DORA efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa di sekolah dasar.

This study aims to examine the effect of the Cooperative Script learning model assisted by the DORA (Dongeng Nusantara) application on improving speaking skills of third-grade students at SDN 042 Gambir. Speaking skills are an important aspect of Indonesian language learning, yet evaluation results show that many students have not reached the expected proficiency level. The method used is a quasi-experiment with a non-randomized control group design, where class IIIA used the Cooperative Script model with the DORA application, and class IIIB applied conventional learning methods. Data were collected through speaking skills tests before and after treatment, as well as observations during the learning process. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in the speaking skills of students using the Cooperative Script model assisted by the DORA application compared to the conventional method. The DORA application effectively increased students' motivation and interest in learning, which positively impacted their speaking skills. In conclusion, the use of the Cooperative Script model assisted by the DORA application is effective in improving the speaking skills of elementary school studets.
