Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the achievements of integrative curriculum implementation on higher education outputs in Spain and Brunei Darussalam. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this research investigates the effectiveness of integrative curriculum application in enhancing graduate quality in both countries. Data were collected through literature studies, interviews with higher education stakeholders, and analysis of educational policy documents. The results indicate that the implementation of integrative curriculum in Spain has contributed to improving students' critical thinking skills and creativity, while in Brunei Darussalam, it has strengthened the integration of cultural and religious values in higher education. However, both countries still face challenges in synchronizing the curriculum with industry needs. This study concludes that although integrative curriculum has the potential to enhance the quality of higher education outputs, continuous adjustments and closer collaboration between educational institutions and the industrial sector are necessary to maximize its effectiveness. The study also reveals challenges in implementing integrative curricula, including resistance from academic staff and resource limitations. In conclusion, while integrative curricula show positive outcomes, continuous adjustments are necessary to meet the dynamic labor market needs and the local context of each country.
