Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh media pembelajaran" ubur- ubur" terhadap keahlian numerasi siswa kelas II di SDN 06 Ciputat pada materi perkalian. Berdasarkan observasi awal, siswa mengalami kesusahan menguasai konsep perkalian akibat tata cara pembelajaran yang monoton serta sedikitnya pemakaian media interaktif. Penelitian dilakukan melalui 4 pertemuan dengan pendekatan eksperimen sederhana, meliputi pre- test, implementasi media" ubur- ubur," serta post- test untuk mengevaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media" ubur- ubur" mampu tingkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi perkalian, sekaligus meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif mereka selama pembelajaran. Suasana kelas jadi lebih mengasyikkan serta interaktif, sehingga siswa lebih fokus dan termotivasi. Guru juga memberikan reaksi positif terhadap pemakaian media ini, karena bisa memudahkan penyampaian materi yang kerap dikira susah oleh siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media" ubur- ubur" efisien sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan numerasi siswa kelas II, khususnya pada materi perkalian. Diharapkan media yang sama bisa diimplementasikan pada materi lain untuk menunjang pembelajaran matematika yang lebih kreatif dan kontekstual.

This study aims to identify the effect of “jellyfish” learning media on numeracy skills for grade II students at SDN 06 Ciputat on multiplication material. Based on initial observation early observations, students had difficulty mastering the concept of multiplication due to monotonous learning procedures and the lack of use of interactive media.
