STRUKTUR DRAMATIK SKEMA HUDSON PADA NASKAH DRAMA “KRAKATOA” KARYA MAHDIDURI

Abstrak

The research is motivated by the need for understanding in drama scripts such as understanding the dramatic structure which is the main component of the script, using a drama script entitled "Krakatoa" by Mahdiduri which has an interesting story so that there are various moral messages and has become a Banten local archive book which must be preserved but it seems that the existence of the drama script "Krakatau" still lacks information and publications. So there is a research objective to identify the process of creation and dramatic structure in the drama script "Krakatoa" by Mahdiduri. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques through literature, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are eighteen characters and two acts in the drama script "Krakatoa". At the same time, knowing the source of the story comes from the author's self-rest and then developing it through the theme of Krakatau with a moral message about Krakatau disaster awareness. Furthermore, there is a complete story content showing the existence of a dramatic structure in the drama script "Krakatoa" consisting of pleasant stages, namely exposition, incident, growth, crisis, resolution, and decision.
