IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR KOGNITIF SISWA DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 36 siswa kelas III di SD N 1 Sidorejo pada semester I tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model STAD dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan keaktifan siswa, dengan siswa lebih antusias dan bersemangat dalam belajar. Penerapan STAD terbukti membantu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Validasi data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, memastikan keakuratan temuan penelitian.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) type cooperative learning model in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of elementary school students. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with research subjects consisting of 36 class III students at SD N 1 Sidorejo in the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the application of the STAD model can increase student participation and activeness, with students being more enthusiastic and enthusiastic in learning. The application of STAD has been proven to help improve student understanding of concepts and learning outcomes significantly.
