PENGARUH KOLABORASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) DAN SNOWBALL THROWING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA ELEMEN PENGELOLAAN SDM KELAS XI MPLB SMK PAB 2 HELVETIA T.A 2024/2025

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of collaborative Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Snowball Throwing learning models on student learning outcomes in the element of HR Management Class XI MPLB. This type of research is quantitative research using experimental methods. This research design uses quasi experiments with the form of nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique is total sampling with the research sample, namely all members of class XI MPLB 1 (control class) and XI MPLB 2 (experimental class) totaling 73 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and tests. The data analysis techniques used were normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis testing with independent sample t-test and N-gain test with data processing using SPSS 26. The Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test and Levene homogeneity test showed that the pre-test and post-test data of the experimental and control classes were normally distributed and homogeneous. The results of the independent sample t-test revealed a significant difference between the experimental group (average 84.58) and the control group (average 74.05) with a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. These results show that there is an effect of using the collaboration of problem-based learning (PBL) and snowball throwing learning models on student learning outcomes in the element of HR management class XI MPLB.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan Snowball Throwing terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada elemen Pengelolaan SDM Kelas XI MPLB. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode  eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Teknik penarikan sampel yaitu total sampling dengan sampel penelitian yaitu seluruh anggota kelas XI MPLB 1 ( kelas kontrol) dan XI MPLB 2 (kelas eksperimen) yang berjumlah 73 Orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis dengan independent sample t-test dan uji N-gain dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 26. Uji normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov dan uji homogenitas Levene menunjukan bahwa data pre-test dan post-test kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil uji independent sample t-test mengungkapkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen (rata-rata 84,58) dan kelompok kontrol (rata-rata 74,05) dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan kolaborasi model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) dan snowball throwing  terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada elemen pengelolaan SDM kelas XI MPLB.
