PENGARUH MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING BERBANTUAN WORDWALL TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MANAJEMEN PERKANTORAN DAN LAYANAN BISNIS DI SMK SWASTA BUDI AGUNG MEDAN T.P 2024/2025

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media Wordwall terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Swasta Budi Agung Medan Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MP, dengan sampel berjumlah 35 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari 16 angket motivasi belajar dan tes hasil belajar sebanyak 25 soal pilihan ganda. Instrumen diuji terlebih dahulu untuk menilai validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya pembeda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi perhitungan rata-rata, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan skor rata-rata motivasi belajar dari sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Uji T menunjukkan nilai t-hitung untuk motivasi belajar sebesar 9,210 dan hasil belajar sebesar 20,618, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Rata-rata nilai hasil belajar meningkat dari 46,37 menjadi 60,86, menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PBL berbantuan Wordwall efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan Wordwall berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa.
This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Wordwall media on students' learning motivation and learning outcomes in the subject of Office Management and Business Services at SMK Swasta Budi Agung Medan for the 2024/2025 academic year. This study is a quasi-experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study consisted of all students of class XI MP, with a sample of 35 students. The instruments used included a 16-item learning motivation questionnaire and a learning outcomes test consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions. The instruments were tested beforehand to assess their validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminating power. The data analysis techniques used included calculating the mean, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample T-Test. The results of the study showed an increase in the average score of learning motivation before and after the treatment. The T-test showed that the t-value for learning motivation was 9.210 and for learning outcomes was 20.618, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a positive and significant effect. The average learning outcome score increased from 46.37 to 60.86, demonstrating that the implementation of the PBL model assisted by Wordwall was effective in improving students' learning outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Wordwall has a positive and significant effect on students’ learning motivation and learning outcomes.
