PENGARUH KREATIVITAS GURU DALAM MENGELOLA PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kreativitas guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar anak usia 5-6 tahun di Paud. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan non-eksperimen ex-post facto (penelitian komparatif sebab-akibat), melibatkan 18 anak berusia 5-6 tahun sebagai sampel yang dipilih menggunakan teknik systematic random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar pedoman observasi, dan analisis hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji ANOVA satu arah. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kreativitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar anak usia 5-6 tahun, Di Paud dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 19,240 dan dampak positif sekitar 55%.
The purpose of this research is to describe the role of teachers in developing independence children aged 5-6 years. The research method used is literature study using secondary data. The data sources used are relevant sources from previous research in the form of scientific works and books related to the title of this scientific work. The data collection technique used in this research is literature study and data analysis used by the researcher in the form of bibliographic annotation analysis in the form of conclusions from various sources that the researcher has read. In making plans for the development of independence, teachers rely on candy and curriculum that has been determined by the educational institution. Method used teachers in developing children's independence not only one method, but two or several how many methods can be adapted and combined. Teachers also provide media which will be used during the implementation of learning activities as a means of delivery learning messages to children so that they are more easily accepted by children. Teachers do too evaluation during the learning process and at the end of the learning activity. There is Even the obstacles that teachers encounter in developing children's independence exist at the time of the child This is his first time going to school, because he has to meet new people and interact with a new environment.
