Abstrak

This study is entitled "Analysis of the Social Studies Teacher's Role in Improving Student Discipline In Class III SD Negeri 01 Singkawang". This Thesis Aims To Know The Role of Class III Social Studies Teachers in improving discipline. Based on research on the role of class III social studies teachers in improving student discipline, the teacher has done his role well so that students have used their time well, students have been able to carry out common etiquette, do assignments on time and can speak well where the teacher is also able to do it. motivation, skill and appreciation or something that requires encouragement of advice, either in praise or Referrals. With time and action, teachers can see student learning discipline, monitor student behavior and also try to be a good example for students in order to improve student learning discipline in social studies lessons. The role of the thirdgrade social studies teacher at SD Negeri 1 Singkawang is also evidenced by the results of the researcher's observations on student discipline during online learning, the researcher assesses that the thirdgrade students are good in their discipline, this is the effort of the thirdgrade social studies teacher who has given a good role. The research that the researcher did was descriptive qualitative research. The population in this study were class teachers and third grade students at SD Negeri 1 Singkawang. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation.
