ANALISIS PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN GRIT TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DENGAN ISLAMIC WORK ETHIC SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

(STUDI KASUS PERGURUAN TINGGI KEAGAMAAN ISLAM NEGERI (PTKIN) SE-SUMATERA BARAT)

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of Information Technology and GRIT on the Performance of Education Personnel with Islamic Work Ethics as a moderating variable. The population of this study is Education Personnel at State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN) throughout West Sumatra. The research sample was taken using the Slovin method, so that 166 samples were obtained. The data analysis technique used is structural equation analysis (SEM) with processing using SmartPLS3 software. The test results using direct effect estimation show that Information Technology and GRIT have a positive and significant effect on Education Personnel Performance, with a p value of 0.000 <0.05, and t_statistics > t_table. From the results of the study it can be concluded that Information Technology and GRIT have a contribution to the Performance of Education Personnel by 70.5%. The results of the PLS estimation with single moderation show that Islamic Work Ethics is not proven to strengthen the effect of Information Technology and GRIT on Education Personnel Performance, as evidenced by a significance value > 0.05, namely 0.641 and 0.290, and t_statistics < t_table, namely 0.052 and 0.77.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Teknologi Informasi dan GRIT terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan dengan Etos Kerja Islami sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Kependidikan pada Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri (PTKIN) se-Sumbar. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode Slovin sehingga diperoleh 166 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan pengolahan menggunakan software SmartPLS3. Hasil pengujian menggunakan estimasi efek langsung menunjukkan bahwa Teknologi Informasi dan GRIT berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan, dengan nilai p value 0,000 < 0,05, dan t_statistik > t_tabel. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Teknologi Informasi dan GRIT mempunyai kontribusi terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan sebesar 70,5%. Hasil estimasi PLS dengan moderasi tunggal menunjukkan bahwa Etika Kerja Islami tidak terbukti memperkuat pengaruh Teknologi Informasi dan GRIT terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi > 0,05 yaitu 0,641 dan 0,290, serta t_statistik < t_tabel yaitu 0,052 dan 0,77.
