UPAYA PENINGKATAN KEDISIPLINAN PERAWAT RSUD PASANGKAYU KABUPATEN MAMUJU UTARA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan perawat RSUD Pasangkayu Kabupaten Mamuju Utara. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai Januari-April 2025. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Analisis interaktif Model Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian diketahui:  1)Perawat RSUD Pasangkayu Kabupaten Mamuju Utara masih kurang disiplin. 2)Penyebab adanya Tindakan tidak disiplin adalah: kurangnya kesadaran perawat, insentif yang diterima belum sesuai harapan, belum adanya sanksi tegas, kurangnya kemampuan memahami pelaksanaan tugas, kurangnya pengawasan melekat dan perhatian atasan dalam bentuk ketauladanan masih kurang. 3)Upaya meningkatkan kedisiplinan RSUD Pasangkayu Kabupaten Mamuju Utara yaitu: membangun kesadaran perawat dengan cara memberikan pembinaan secara rutin tentang pentingnya kedisiplinan dalam bekerja, meningkatkan kesejahteraan dengan menambah insentif bagi perawat agar semangat kerjanya bertambah, memberikan sanksi bagi perawat yang melanggar dengan menerapkan potong gaji agar menjadi efek jera bagi pelaku pelanggaran. membuat kejelasan job description agar perawat memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi yang menjadi tanggung jawab setiap perawat, peningkatan pengawasan melekat secara rutin agar diketahui tingkat kedisiplinan dan memberikan tauladan yang baik dengan membangun komunikasi yang harmonis antar perawat dan pimpinan.

 

This study aims to improve the discipline of nurses at the Pasangkayu Regional Hospital, North Mamuju Regency. The study was conducted from January to April 2025. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection using interviews and observations. Interactive analysis of the Miles & Huberman Model. The results of the study showed that: 1) Nurses at the Pasangkayu Regional Hospital, North Mamuju Regency are still lacking in discipline. 2) The causes of undisciplined actions are: lack of awareness of nurses, incentives received are not as expected, there are no strict sanctions, lack of ability to understand the implementation of tasks, lack of inherent supervision and attention from superiors in the form of role models is still lacking. 3) Efforts to improve the discipline of the Pasangkayu Regional Hospital, North Mamuju Regency, namely: building nurse awareness by providing routine coaching on the importance of discipline in work, improving welfare by increasing incentives for nurses so that their work enthusiasm increases, providing sanctions for nurses who violate by implementing salary deductions so that it becomes a deterrent effect for perpetrators of violations. create clear job descriptions so that nurses understand the main tasks and functions that are the responsibility of each nurse, increase regular supervision to determine the level of discipline and provide a good example by building harmonious communication between nurses and leaders.
