ANALISIS PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN TRANSPORTASI TERHADAP KINERJA OPRASIONAL PERUSAHAAN LOGISTIK

Abstrak

The logistics sector is one of the main pillars in the global and national economy. In Indonesia, the logistics sector contributed 14.9% to the national GDP (Gross Domestic Product) in 2020. The success of this sector depends not only on physical infrastructure such as roads, ports, and airports, but also on transportation policies implemented by the government. This study uses a quantitative method with a statistical approach to analyze the effect of transportation policies on the operational performance of logistics companies. The data collected will be analyzed to examine the relationship and patterns between transportation operations and various operational indicators. This study aims to analyze how transportation policies implemented by the government can affect the operational performance of logistics companies, with a focus on cost efficiency, delivery speed, and adaptation to regulatory changes. This study shows that transportation policies have a direct impact on the operational performance of logistics companies. The main negative impacts include increased travel time, increased operational costs, and decreased customer satisfaction. However, logistics companies that implement the right adaptation strategies can reduce these impacts and improve operational efficiency.

Sektor logistik adalah salah satu pilar utama dalam perekonomian global dan nasional. Di Indonesia, sektor logistik berkontribusi sebesar 14,9% terhadap PDB (Produk Domestik Bruto) nasional pada tahun 2020. Keberhasilan sektor ini tidak hanya bergantung pada infrastruktur fisik seperti jalan, pelabuhan, dan bandara, tetapi juga pada kebijakan transportasi yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan statistik untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan transportasi terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan logistik. Data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis untuk memeriksa hubungan dan pola antara operasi transportasi dan berbagai indikator operasional. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kebijakan transportasi yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah dapat mempengaruhi kinerja operasional perusahaan logistik, dengan fokus pada efisiensi biaya, kecepatan pengiriman, dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan regulasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan transportasi memiliki dampak langsung terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan logistik. Dampak negatif utama meliputi peningkatan waktu tempuh, kenaikan biaya operasional, dan penurunan kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, perusahaan logistik yang menerapkan strategi adaptasi yang tepat dapat mengurangi dampak tersebut dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.
