PENGARUH TEAMWORK, MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS TENAGA KERJA KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh teamwork, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh karena populasinya relatif kecil yaitu 55 responden yang merupakan pegawai di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Sleman. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Metode analis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (distribusi normal, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji f, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teamwork tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Sleman. Motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Sleman. Teamwork, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Sleman.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of teamwork, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Sleman Regency Manpower Office. This study used a saturated sample because the population was relatively small, namely 55 respondents who were employees at the Sleman Regency Manpower Office. The type of research conducted used a quantitative research method. The data was processed using SPSS version 24. The data analysis methods used in the study included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normal distribution, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple regression analysis, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that teamwork did not have a significant effect on employee performance at the Sleman Regency Manpower Office. Motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sleman Regency Manpower Office. Teamwork, motivation, and work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at the Sleman Regency Manpower Office.
