PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, WORK-LIFE BALANCE, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN BAPPEDA KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Sumber daya manusia merupakan asset penting bagi suatu organisasi sehingga perlu dikelola dengan baik dengan memperhatikan tingkat kepuasan kerja mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, work-life balance, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Bappeda Kabupaten Sleman. Teknik sampling yang dipakai ialah sampling jenuh dengan 78 karyawan sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan statistik inferensial yang berupa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) worklife balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan (3) budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
Human resources are important assets for an organization so they need to be managed well by paying attention to their level of job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work-life balance, and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of Bappeda Sleman Regency employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with 78 employees as samples. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to research respondents. The data analysis method used inferential statistics in the form of multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and (3) organizational culture does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
