ANALISIS PEMASARAN KOPI LINTONG SECARA ONLINE DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF LOGIKA DOMINAN LAYANAN

Peneliti menganalisis strategi pemasaran kopi Lintong secara online pada UMKM Sitalbak Coffee dengan menggunakan pendekatan Service-Dominant Logic (SDL). Penelitian bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran layanan dan keterlibatan customer dalam menciptakan nilai bersama yang mendukung peningkatan marketing performance. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui kuesioner, kemudian mengolah data menggunakan teknik PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SDL memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap online marketing dan marketing performance. Keterlibatan customer melalui interaksi digital terbukti meningkatkan loyalitas dan kepuasan. Peneliti menemukan adanya kendala dalam pengelolaan online marketing, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya pada sisi pengelola. Penelitian memberikan rekomendasi agar Sitalbak Coffee memperkuat strategi layanan berbasis digital secara konsisten untuk mempertahankan keterlibatan customer.
Researchers analyzed the online marketing strategy of Lintong coffee at Sitalbak Coffee MSMEs using the Service-Dominant Logic (SDL) approach. The research aims to describe the role of service and customer involvement in creating shared value that supports improved marketing performance. Researchers used a quantitative method with a survey approach through a questionnaire, then processed the data using the PLS-SEM technique. The results showed that the implementation of SDL has a positive influence on online marketing and marketing performance. Customer engagement through digital interaction is proven to increase loyalty and satisfaction. Researchers found that there are obstacles in managing online marketing, such as limited resources on the manajer's side. The research provides recommendations for Sitalbak Coffee to strengthen its digital-based service strategy consistently to maintain customer engagement.
