Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepribadian, Employee Engagement dan Keadilan Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Organmisasi CV Santi Jaya Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh responden sampel jenuh yang mengisi koesioner. Sampel yang diperoleh yaitu sebanyak 50 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan metode analisis data. Metode ini mencakup Uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, Uji koefisien determinasi dan uji parsial. Berdasarkan analisis uji parsial variabel Kepribadian berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen Oganisasi, Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi serta Keadilan Organisasi berpengaruh Positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasi.
This research aims to analyze the influence of Personality, Employee Engagement and Organizational Justice on CV Santi Jaya Indonesia's Organizational Commitment. The sample used in this research was all saturated sample respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The samples obtained were 50 employees. This research uses primary data with data analysis methods. This method includes instrument testing, classical assumption testing, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination testing and partial testing. Based on partial test analysis, the Personality variable has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Employee Engagement has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Justice has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment.
