Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dalam proses rekrutmen karyawan di PT. Victory International Futures, salah satu perusahaan pialang berjangka di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara langsung terhadap tim rekrutmen dan karyawan yang telah melalui proses seleksi. Hasil wawancara mengungkapkan beberapa masalah dalam rekrutmen, seperti praktik oknum pialang ilegal, kurangnya kualifikasi pelamar, tingkat turnover yang tinggi, dan kurangnya pelatihan karyawan baru.

This study aims to analyze the challenges in the employee recruitment process at PT. Victory International Futures, one of the futures brokerage companies in Indonesia. The research uses a qualitative method with direct interviews with the recruitment team and employees who have gone through the selection process. The results of the interviews revealed several problems in recruitment, such as illegal brokerage practices, lack of applicant qualifications, high turnover rates, and lack of training for new employees.
