Abstrak

The halal industry is experiencing very rapid development in recent years. Halal is a universal indicator for guaranteeing product quality and living standards. By looking at the fact of the rapid development of the Halal Industry in Indonesia, it is necessary to study maqashid sharia, one of which is related to hifz al nasl (protecting offspring), as well as being part of the framework that underlies the formation of development, innovation, management and marketing of the Halal Industry in Indonesia. . So that it guides people to understand the beneficial values referred to in the content of the command to use and consume things that are halal thayyiban, especially in the development of the Halal Industry in Indonesia. Research conducted at Tahu Agung Jaya Socah Bangkalan UMKM focused on the product development model of this UMKM which had just been established. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach, data analysis techniques and data collection to support more optimal research. The research carried out aims to determine the production development model carried out by UMKM Tahu Agung Jaya Socah Bangkalan, so that there is a relationship with one of the maqashid sharia concepts, namely hifz al nasl (care of offspring).
