variabel Diskriminasi Kerja terhadap variabel kinerja sebesar 0,106, variabel work

This study aims to examine the influence of employment discrimination, work experience, and
education on the performance of Generation Z employees. This study uses quantitative methods
with a population of Generation Z employees in Indonesia. The sample of this study consisted of
150 Generation Z employees in Indonesia. Data collection uses primary data. The instrument test
results stated that the data in this study proved valid and reliable. The classical assumption test
resulted in a normally distributed data regression model with no autocorrelation,
multicollinearity, or heteroscedasticity. Data analysis used multiple linear regression to identify
the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that (1) employment
discrimination has no significant effect on employee performance in Generation Z, (2) work
experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Generation Z, (3)
education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in generation Z. These
results are indicated by the significance value of the employment discrimination variable. These
results are indicated by the significance value of the age discrimination variable on the
performance variable of 0.106, the work experience variable on the performance of 0.000, the
education variable on the performance variable of 0.000, and the significance results of the
employment discrimination, work experience, and education variables on employee
performance in generation Z of 0.000. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that
employment discrimination, work experience, and education have a significant effect on
employee performance in Generation Z. These findings indicate that improving employment
discrimination, work experience, and education on employee performance in Generation Z.
