MODEL EFEKTIVITAS KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI : SISTEM INFORMASI BERBASIS WEBSITE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) PADA RSUD H. HANAFIE MUARA BUNGO

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model dari efektivitas kerja dan kompetensi
penguna teknologi informasi dilihat dari sistem informasi berbasis website pada RSUD H.
Hanafie Muara Bungo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat/ pegawai RSUD
H. Hanafie Muara Bungo yaitu sebanyak 323 perawat/ pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari populasi penelitian, untuk menentukan sampel
dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan rumus Slovin dan
mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 76 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural
equation model dengan SmartPLS 3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dapat disimpulkan
bahwa sistem informasi berbasis website berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi
pengguna teknologi informasi. sistem informasi berbasis website berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap kompetensi pengguna teknologi informasi. Kompetensi pengguna teknologi
informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Sistem informasi berbasis
website berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja melalui kompetensi
pengguna teknologi informasi. Kemudian variabel efektivitas kerja dipengaruhi oleh sistem
informasi berbasis website dan kompetensi teknologi informasi sebesar 0,636 atau 63,6%,
sedangkan sisanya 46,4% persen lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak
dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kompetensi teknologi informasi dapat dijelaskan oleh
variabel sistem informasi berbasis website kerja sebesar 0,620 atau 62% dan sisanya 38%
lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini.

This research aims to determine the model of work effectiveness and competence of information
technology users seen from the website-based information system at RSUD H. Hanafie Muara
Bungo. The population in this study were all nurses/employees at H. Hanafie Muara Bungo
Regional Hospital, namely 323 nurses/employees. The sample used in this research was part of
the research population. To determine the sample in this research, we used a random sampling
technique with the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 76 samples. The data analysis
technique uses a structural equation model with SmartPLS 3. Based on the results of the
research analysis, it can be concluded that website-based information systems have a significant
effect on the competence of information technology users. Website-based information systems
have a significant effect on the competence of information technology users. The competence of
information technology users has a significant effect on work effectiveness. Website-based
information systems have a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness through the
competence of information technology users. Then the work effectiveness variable is influenced
by website-based information systems and information technology competence by 0.636 or
63.6%, while the remaining 46.4% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research.
Information technology competency can be explained by the work website-based information
system variable of 0.620 or 62% and the remaining 38% is influenced by other variables that are
not in this study
