PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI COBIT 5 TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KUALITAS SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PADA BANK BNI

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Implementasi COBIT 5 Terhadap Kinerja
Karyawan Melalui Kualitas Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pada Bank BNI Kantor Cabang
Pembantu Kayu Aro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Bank BNI Kantor
Cabang Pembantu Kayu Aro yaitu sebanyak 52 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada
penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling di mana seluruh populasi dalam penelitian
ini dijadikan sampel tanpa harus menggambil sampel dalam jumlah tertentu sehingga sampel
dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yaitu sebanyak 52 karyawan Bank BNI Kantor
Cabang Pembantu Kayu Aro. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program partial least square
(PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi COBIT 5
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sistem informasi manajemen. Sistem informasi
manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implementasi
COBIT 5 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui sistem
informasi manajemen. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh implementasi COBIT 5 dan sistem
informasi manajemen sebesar 0,782 atau 78,2%, Sistem informasi manejemen dapat
dijelaskan oleh variabel implementasi COBIT 5 sebesar 0,778 atau77,8%.

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing COBIT 5 on employee performance
through the quality of the management information system at BNI Bank Kayu Aro sub-branch
office. The population in this study were all employees of Bank BNI Kayu Aro Sub-Branch Office,
namely 52 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique
where the entire population in this study was sampled without having to take a certain number
of samples so that the sample for this study was all employees, namely 52 employees of BNI Bank
Kayu Aro Sub-Branch Office. Data analysis in this research uses the Structural Equation
Modeling (SEM) analysis tool using the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. Based on the
research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of COBIT 5 has a positive and
significant effect on the management information system. Management information systems
have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implementation of COBIT 5
has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the management
information system. Employee performance is influenced by the implementation of COBIT 5 and
management information systems by 0.782 or 78.2%. Information system management can be
explained by the COBIT 5 implementation variable of 0.778 or 77.8%.
