KETEPATAN INFORMASI PADA BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK KOTA SOLOK DITINJAU DARI ASPEK KOMUNIKASI DAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Ketepatan Informasi ( Y ) Jika ditinjau
dari aspek Komunikasi ( X1 ) dan Partisipasi masyarakat (X2). Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dan data primer populasi 50 orang, dengan random sampling,
menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 orang yaitu seluruh masyarakat Kota Solok yang bekerja
pada sektor pertanian. Ringkasan analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda linier
menunjukkan bahwa variabel Komunikasi (X1) dan Partisipasi (X2) memiliki pengaruh
signifikan terhadap Ketepatan Informasi (Y). Persamaan regresi linier berganda yang diperoleh
adalah Y = 12,371 + 0,621 (X1) + 0,076 (X2) + 0,05. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa
variabel independen (X1 dan X2) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 48,7% terhadap variabel
dependen (Y), sedangkan 51,3% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk
dalam penelitian. Uji t untuk variabel Komunikasi (X1) dan Partisipasi (X2) menunjukkan
bahwa keduanya berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Ketepatan Informasi (Y), dengan
thitung > ttabel. Dari uji f, Komunikasi (X1) dan Partisipasi (X2) secara simultan atau bersama
sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu Ketepatan Informasi (Y),
dengan nilai fhitung > ftabel (22,344 > 3,20) dan tingkat signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari 0,05
(0,000 < 0,05).

This research aims to understand how Information Accuracy (Y) is affected by aspects of
Communication (X1) and Community Participation (X2). This research uses a quantitative
approach and primary data from a population of 50 people, with random sampling of 50 people,
which is the entire community of Solok City working in the agricultural sector. The multiple linear
regression analysis shows that Communication (X1) and Community Participation (X2) have an
impact on Information Accuracy (Y). The obtained equation of the multiple linear regression is Y
= 12.371 + 0.621 (X1) + 0.076 (X2) + 0.05. The coefficient of determination indicates that the
independent variables (X1 and X2) have a 48.7% impact on the dependent variable (Y), while
51.3% of the remaining is influenced by other variables not included in the research. The t-test for
the variables of Communication (X1) and Community Participation (X2) shows that both have a
significant impact on Information Accuracy (Y) with a p-value > t-table. From the f-test,
Communication (X1) and Community Participation (X2) have a simultaneous or joint impact and
are significantly related to the dependent variable, which is Information Accuracy (Y), with a p
value < f-table (22.344 < 3.20) and a significance level lower than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).
