PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, KERJASAMA TIM, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK DAERAH DIY KABUPATEN BANTUL

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi, kerjasama tim, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Daerah DIY Kabupaten Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik Random Sampling yang sampelnya berjumlah 80 responden. Metode pengumpulan yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknis analisis data yang menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta 4) kompetensi, kerjasama tim dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Daerah DIY Kabupaten Bantul.

This research aims to test the effect of competence, teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at the Yogyakarta Regional Tax Service Office, Bantul Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was the Random Sampling technique with a sample of 80 respondents.
