PENGARUH EDUKASI KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI MELALUI VIDEO ANIMASI TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN SISWI DI SMP

Abstrak

Kesehatan reproduksi adalah keadaan kesejahteraan fisik, mental, dan sosial yang utuh, tidak semata-mata terbebas dari penyakit atau kecacatan, tetapi dalam segala hal yang berkaitan dengan sistem reproduksi dan fungsi serta proses-prosesnya. Masalah kesehatan reproduksi yang sering dialami oleh remja dalah salah satunya merupakan masalah vulva hygiene, Tujuan dari vulva hygiene adalah untuk merawat sistem reproduksi dan mencegah terjadinya infeksi, dan gatal pada daerah vagina. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh  seks edukasi kesehatan reproduksi melalui video animasi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan siswi di SMP Kartika 1-5 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan  desain Pre eksperimen ,berupa rancangan One Group  Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Kesehatan Reprosuksi dengan menggunakan Uji wilcoxon sign rank test . Hasil penelitian sebelum dilakukan edukasi didapatkan hasil bahwa sebanyak 16 orang (53,3%) memiliki tingkat pemahaman tentang seks edukasi yang kurang. Sedangkan sebanyak 14 orang (46,7%) memiliki pemahaman yang baik. Setelah dilakukan edukasi didapatkan hasil bahwa 30 responden (100%) sudah memiliki pemahaman yang baik terhadap seks edukasi pada remaja di SMP Kartika 1-5. Berdasrkan hasil dari uji Wilcoxon sign rank test didapatkan bahwa nilai sig. 2-tailed = 0,000 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna sebelum dan sesudah penberian intervensi pendidikan kesehatan seks edukasi dengan menggunakan video animasi. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah terdapat perbedaan yang siginfikan antara tingkat pengetahuan remaja SMP sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi.

Reproductive health problems that are often experienced by remja are one of them is vulvar hygiene problems, The purpose of vulva hygiene is to care for the reproductive system and prevent infection, and itching in the vaginal area. This study aims to determine the effect of sex reproductive health education through animated videos on the level of knowledge of female students at SMP Kartika 1-5 Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative research with a Pre-experimental design, in the form of One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of 30 people. Data collection using the Reproducible Health questionnaire using the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results of the study before education was carried out found that as many as 16 people (53.3%) had a lack of understanding about sex education. While as many as 14 people (46.7%) have a good understanding. After conducting education, it was found that 30 respondents (100%) already had a good understanding of sex education for adolescents at SMP Kartika 1-5. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon sign rank test, it was found that the value of sig. 2-tailed = 0.000 which means that there is a significant effect before and after the provision of educational sex health education interventions using animated videos. The conclusion of the study was that there was a significant difference between the level of knowledge of junior high school adolescents before and after being given reproductive health education.
