EFEKTIVITAS PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN: SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstrak

Pemanfaat teknologi dalam layanan kesehatan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas, kemudahan, dan kesejahteraan pasien melalui inovasi seperti rekam medis elektronik, telemedicine, dan aplikasi mobile kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penulisan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan sumber data dari berbagai database seperti Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Science Direct, dan Pubmed dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir dengan proses seleksi berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyses). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi mempercepat proses administrasi, koordinasi tenaga medis, dan diagnosis meskipun menghadapi tantangan. Keberhasilan transformasi digital memerlukan pendekatan komprehensif termasuk peningkatan kapasitas tenaga medis, kebijakan pendukung, dan strategi mencegah kebocoran data.

The use of technology in health services can increase the effectiveness, ease, and well-being of patients through innovations such as electronic medical records, telemedicine, and mobile health applications. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of digital technologies in improving the quality of health care. Writing USES the publication literature review (SLR) with data sources from databases such as Google scholar, semantic scholar, science direct, and pubmed in the last 10 years through a selection process based on prism guidelines and meta analyses. Analysis shows that it accelerates the administrative process, coordination of health-care practitioners, and diagnosis despite challenges. Success in digital transformation requires a comprehensive approach including increased medical capacity, support policies, and strategies to prevent data leaks.
