PERBANDINGAN JUMLAH TROMBOSIT PADA 10 SAMPEL DARAH PASIEN RSU HAJI MEDAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ALAT HEMATOLOGY ANALYZER

Abstrak

Platelet count examination is one of the important parameters in blood analysis used to assess the health condition of patients, especially in detecting blood clotting disorders. This study aims to compare the number of platelets in the blood of patients at the Medan Haji Hospital using the Hematology Analyzer. Blood samples were examined using the Hematology Analyzer to obtain platelet count data automatically. The results showed variations in platelet counts between samples. From the data analysis, a picture was obtained of the distribution of platelet counts in the patients examined, so that it can be the basis for further evaluation in laboratory examinations. This study was conducted to determine that the Hematology Analyzer provides efficient and accurate results in platelet count examinations, and can be used as a standard tool in hematology analysis in hospital laboratories.
