Tingkat kecemasan keluarga pasien sangat dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan Tenaga Kesehatan memberikan perawatan kepada pasien, bahwa Tenaga Kesehatan harus cepat dan tepat dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien agar dapat mengurangi kecemasan keluarga pasien. Ketepatan respon time pada triase adalah kurang dari 5 menit. Kecepatan respon time erat kaitannya dengan kecemasan pasien dan keluarganya.
