HUBUNGAN NYERI POST SECTIO CAESAREA DENGAN MOTIVASI IBU DALAM PEMBERIAN ASI DI RSUD DR DORIS SYLVANUS

Abstrak

Motivasi ibu dalam memberikan ASI dipengaruhi oleh faktor dari dalam dan faktor dari luar. Pada ibu dengan persalinan SC tentunya mengalami berbagai keluhan salah satunya nyeri post partum, hambatan mobilisasi dini dan efek anestesi memperlambat onset laktasi. Hal tersebut membuat ibu kesulitan untuk memulai menyusui bayinya sehingga ibu membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk memulihkan kondisi sehingga berpengaruh pada motivasi ibu untuk menyusui bayinya. Dari fenomena masalah yang ditemukan pada ibu dengan post SC di RSUD. dr. Doris Sylvanus yaitu adanya nyeri pasca pembedahan mengakibatkan ibu kesulitan dan takut bergerak sehingga menyebabkan ibu enggan menyusui dan produksi ASI juga tidak lancar yang berdampak dalam pemberian ASI pada bayi.

Mothers' motivation to breastfeed is influenced by internal and external factors. Mothers who undergo SC delivery certainly experience various complaints, one of which is post-partum pain, obstacles to early mobilization and the effect of anesthesia which slows down the onset of lactation. This makes it difficult for mothers to start breastfeeding their babies so that mothers need more time to recover, thus affecting the mother's motivation to breastfeed her baby. From the problem phenomena found in mothers with post SC in dr. Doris Sylvanus Hospital Palangka Raya, namely post-surgical pain causes mothers to have difficulty and are afraid to move, causing mothers to be reluctant to breastfeed and breast milk production is also not smooth which has an impact on giving breast milk to babies.
