ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY S MASA HAMIL, PERSALINAN, NIFAS, NEONATUS DAN KONTRASEPSI DI PRAKTEK BIDAN RUSIANA SINULINGGA AM.KEB BOSAR MALIGAS

Abstrak

Kehamilan merupakan sebuah hal yang fisiologis. Tujuan LTA ini adalah memberikan asuhan secara komprehensif pada ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, BBL, neonatus dan KB. Metode Asuhan LTA ini dengan wawancara, observasi dan penatalaksanaan asuhan. Subyek dalam asuhan ini adalah Ny “S” G1P0A0 dengan kehamilan normal di PMB Rusiana Sinulingga, Amd.Keb Bosar Maligas. Hasil asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny “S” selama kehamilan trimester I sampai trimester III tidak ada keluhan, persalinan secara normal, pada masa nifas dengan nifas normal, pada BBL dengan BBL normal, pada masa neonatus dengan neonatus normal, dan menjadi askeptor lama KB suntik 1 bulan. Kesimpulan dari asuhan kebidanan komprehensif terhadap Ny “S” yang telah dilakukan secara mandiri dan kolaborasi serta penanganan secara dini, tidak ditemukan adanya penyulit. Asuhan kebidanan pada kehamilan trimester I sampai trimester III pada Ny “S” kehamilan normal, asuhan kebidanan pada persalinan normaL, asuhan kebidanan pada masa nifas dengan nifas normal, asuhan kebidanan pada BBL dengan BBL normal, asuhan kebidanan pada neonatus dengan neonatus normal dan asuhan kebidanan pada KB dengan akseptor lama alat kontrasepsi suntik 1 bulan. Saran diharapkan bagi peneliti selanjutnya bisa memanfaatkan referensi laporantugas akhir ini sebagai bahan penelitian selanjutnya.

The LTA care method is with interviews, observations and care management. The subject in this care is Mrs. "S" G1P0A0 with a normal pregnancy at PMB Rusiana Sinulingga, Amd.Keb Bosar Maligas. The results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. "S" during the first trimester to the third trimester of pregnancy were no complaints, normal delivery, during the postpartum period with normal postpartum, in newborns with normal newborns, in the neonatal period with normal neonates, and became a long-term adopter of 1-month injection family planning. The conclusion of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. "S" which has been carried out independently and in collaboration with early treatment, no complications were found. Midwifery care during the first to third trimester of pregnancy in Mrs. "S" with normal pregnancy, midwifery care during normal delivery, midwifery care during the postpartum period with normal postpartum, midwifery care for newborns with normal newborns, midwifery care for neonates with normal neonates and midwifery care for family planning with long-term acceptors of 1-month injection contraceptives.
