Results: Before the intervention, all respondents (100%) had the category of poor milk production. After the intervention, 90.6% of respondents had smooth breast milk production. The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05), which means there was a significant difference between breast milk production before and after the intervention. Conclusion: The combination therapy of Oketani massage and lemongrass aromatherapy is effective in increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers.
