STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN UMKM KONVEKSI JAHIT DENGAN METODE ISLAMIC VALUE CHAIN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur rantai nilai, mengidentifikasi hambatan optimalisasi, dan menyusun strategi pengembangan berbasis Islamic Value Chain pada PT Lilik Convection Jombang. Prinsip syariah diintegrasikan dalam setiap aktivitas, mulai dari pengadaan bahan tanpa gharar, pengelolaan SDM yang adil (maslahah), hingga pemasaran tanpa unsur riba atau maysir. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, pengamatan langsung, dan pengumpulan Dokumentasi di lokasi. Analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta verifikasi. Subjek penelitian mencakup pemilik, karyawan, dan anak pemilik PT Lilik Convection Jombang, dengan menggunakan triangulasi untuk memastikan keakuratan data. Rantai nilai PT Lilik Convection mencakup aktivitas inti (logistik, produksi, pemasaran, pelayanan) dan aktivitas pendukung (pengadaan, teknologi, SDM, infrastruktur). Namun, optimalisasi terhambat oleh mesin usang, keterbatasan tenaga ahli, pasokan bahan baku yang tidak stabil, serta manajemen waktu manual yang memicu inefisiensi biaya dan keterlambatan produksi. Sebagai solusi, strategi pengembangan berbasis Value Chain Analysis (VCA) difokuskan pada peningkatan efisiensi melalui digitalisasi SOP dan sistem inventaris, serta ekspansi pasar melalui pemasaran digital dan diferensiasi produk untuk memperkuat daya saing perusahaan.
This study aims to look at the value chain structure, find out the problems that prevent it from working well, and create a development strategy based on the Islamic Value Chain Method at PT Lilik Convection Jombang. Sharia principles are used in all activities, like getting materials without uncertainty (gharar), managing people fairly (maslahah), and marketing without interest (riba) or unfair chances (maysir). The study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data came from in-depth interviews, direct observation, and on-site notes. The data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes reducing data, presenting it, and verifying it. The people involved in the study were the owner, employees, and the owner's children of PT Lilik Convection Jombang, and triangulation was used to make sure the data was accurate. The value chain of PT Lilik Convection includes core activities like logistics, production, marketing, and service, as well as supporting activities such as procurement, technology, human resources, and infrastructure. However, the value chain is not working well because of old machines, lack of skilled workers, unstable supply of raw materials, and manual time management, which cause higher costs and delays in production. To solve these problems, a development strategy based on Value Chain Analysis (VCA) is proposed. This strategy will improve efficiency by digitizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inventory systems, and it will also expand the market through digital marketing and product differentiation to help the company grow stronger.
