Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor lama usaha, jam kerja, dan modal usaha terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Landungsari Kabupaten Malang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Desain penelitian deskriptif. Jenis penelitian explanatory dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Landungsari Kabupaten Malang sebanyak 420 orang/lapak yang terdaftar di Pasar Desa Landungsari. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 81 orang. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan). Hasil regresi linier berganda diperoleh ketiga variabel bebas memiliki nilai koefisien regresi positif, dan nilai koefisien determinasi R Square sebesar 0,870 (kontribusi pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 87,0%). Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t (parsial) didapatkan ketiga variabel bebas memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel dengan signifikan < 0,05 dan hasil pengujian hipotesis F (simultan) didapatkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel dengan nilai signifikan < 0,05. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa faktor lama usaha, jam kerja dan modal usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Landungsari Kabupaten Malang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pedagang disarankan untuk mengelola lama usaha, jam kerja dan modal usaha secara terpadu dan seimbang agar dapat memperoleh hasil yang optimal.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of business duration, working hours, and business capital on the income of traders at the Landungsari Traditional Market in Malang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research design is descriptive. This is an explanatory study using quantitative methods. The population in this study consists of all traders at the Landungsari Traditional Market, Malang Regency, totaling 420 people/stalls registered at the Landungsari Village Market. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, resulting in 81 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing used the t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous). The results of the multiple linear regression showed that all three independent variables have positive regression coefficient values, and the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0,870 (the contribution of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 87,0%). The results of the t-test (partial) hypothesis testing showed that all three independent variables have t-count > t-table values with a significance < 0,05, and the results of the F-test (simultaneous) hypothesis testing showed an F-count > F-table value with a significance < 0,05. It is concluded that the factors of business duration, working hours, and business capital have a significant effect on trader income in the Landungsari Traditional Market, Malang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. Traders are advised to manage business duration, working hours, and business capital in an integrated and balanced manner to obtain optimal results.
